How Much Does Staffing Agency Cost

December 3, 2009 · Filed Under Employment Agencies

If you are wondering how much does staffing agency cost; then you have come to the right place. First of all no one wants to pay to get a job. Especially since so many people are still searching for a  new job. Many people have turned to the staffing agencies for assistance to help them land a new job.

If you are considering using a staffing agency; then you will want to avoid the ones that attempt to charge you a fee for their services. These services are supposed to offer their services for FREE for people. Now this does not mean that they do not get paid for helping companies get employees to work for them.

However you will notice that they do get paid and you will pay for their services; however you should never have to pay upfront. In fact you will never even receive a bill for their services. So you may be wondering how will I pay them for helping me find a new job?

Well lets say that the company that is hiring is willing to pay someone who gets hired on their own without the use of a staffing agency $11.00 per hour. This means that if you get hired for the same position; however you go through the staffing agency then most likely you may make $9.00 per hour. The staffing agency gets a part of the pay because they did their job and got you hired.

So you may be wondering if they are going to take a portion of my pay; why should I use a staffing agency to help me find work? Well many people attempt to find work and come to a dead end. A lot of companies will deal with staffing agencies because they do not have to worry about doing all the paper work, drug tests or any of the hiring process.

This means that a lot of the employment agencies may be dealing with a lot of the companies that are hiring. So if you have not yet tried to use a staffing agency and are still out of work; then you may try looking in the Yellow Pages to help you find that job.

Of course I highly recommend that you still keep searching for a career that you love by constantly updating your resume and your eyes peeled for something that you would love to do.
