Job security we all want to know how to safeguard our jobs! We all worry to some point about whether we will have a job to walk into tomorrow. After all we all have family members that depend on us to put food on the table and to pay the bills. After all the horror stories that we heard about last year; we never want to be the ones in the same situation where we have to go out into the job market to find a new job; because we fear that we may not be able to find one.
While most of us do not want to focus on this negative thinking; the truth is that sometimes we just can not help it. Although this type of thinking is not any good and can cuase people to stress out and lead to frustration and burn out very quickly.
